EmpowHERto is a youth-focused nonprofit empowering young women of color with the knowledge, community, and confidence to redefine power and challenge systemic inequities.

As Graphic Design Manager, I led the 2025 rebrand in collaboration with the design team. We introduced a new logo system, refined color palette, typography system, and brand assets to create a more cohesive visual identity.

The Challenge​

 

Developing a new brand identity that targets young girls ages 14-17 who want support and guidance through education, leadership, and wellness. Also targeting high-level sponsors & partners.

Creative Strategy

Using youthful themes of bold, expressive colours, nostalgic references, mixed media elements, inclusive representation, and a focus on evolving technology.

Our Goal

A visual brand that attracts young girls 
to get involved with the organization 
and sponsors/partners through marketing and operational brand applications.

Program Logos

The sub-brand logos for EmpowHERto programs establish a cohesive visual system used across brand applications, including program flyers, presentation decks, and social media promotion campaigns.

HealHER: The Glow Up Conference

The design team supported the HealHER conference through multimedia brand applications to elevate the visitor experience, showcase the new brand, and create an engaging experience for attendees.

An unapologetic brand identity inspiring young girls to explore STEM and wellness through bold, multimedia applications.
